LASER HAIR REMOVAL

Precare

  • Please refrain from plucking or waxing the target area for approximately 4 weeks before the procedure.

  • Shaving the target area within 24 hours before the procedure is recommended, as laser treatment targets hair, and longer hair may result in potential burning.

  • Avoiding sun exposure and applying sunscreen regularly is essential to protect the skin.

  • Avoid cosmetic products containing retinol for 2-3 weeks before the procedure.

  • Tanning beds should be avoided.

  • On the day of the procedure, refrain from wearing deodorant or perfume.

Postcare

  • Redness & Bumps are normal. It's typical for the treated area to feel like a sunburn for a few hours; these may last up to 2 hours or longer. If there's any crusting, apply an antibiotic cream. Darker-pigmented skin may have more discomfort than lighter skin and may persist longer.

  • To care for the treated area, cleanse it gently using a mild soap. Avoid rubbing the skin and pat it dry during the first 48 hours.

  • Please refrain from using makeup, lotions, fragrances, or deodorant in the treatment area.

  • It is important to avoid waxing or picking at the treated area.

  • For a few days following the treatment, avoiding sun exposure, saunas, and hot baths is advised.

  • Do not, Tan.

  • Avoid body scrubs for 48 hours.

  • Refrain from swimming for at least 48 hours. Swimming pools contain chlorine, while lakes, rivers, and seas may harbor bacteria and algae that can irritate the skin. Wait at least 48 hours or longer before participating in any swimming activities.

  • Physical activities should be avoided for several days to reduce the risk of infection.
