Self-care has as much of an impact on the effectiveness as management.
Please read the precautions carefully and follow them.
Washing your face and applying makeup is recommended 1–2 hours after the care.
For 3–7 days post-treatment, avoid heavy drinking, saunas/steam rooms, hot baths, and strenuous exercise.
